1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and aw8pro ("aw8pro", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the aw8pro website at aw8pro.co and all related services, products, games, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the aw8pro website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and all its Services.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the Services, you must:

aw8pro reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) aw8pro account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods or devices are used — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide truthful, accurate and complete information and to promptly update such information if it changes. aw8pro is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify aw8pro immediately via 24/7 live chat support.

aw8pro reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures at any time, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, and in response to suspicious account activity. KYC may require submission of a valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), proof of address, and/or source of funds documentation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

aw8pro supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. Supported payment methods may change from time to time at aw8pro's discretion.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion. aw8pro does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider's own terms may apply. aw8pro is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must be verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for deposit, unless otherwise agreed with aw8pro's verification team;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn;
• aw8pro reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals of significant amounts;
• Withdrawal processing times are typically under 5 minutes for eWallet methods (Touch n Go, Boost, GrabPay) during standard operating hours.

All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. aw8pro reserves the right to reverse or withhold any withdrawal in the event of suspected fraud, technical error, or breach of these Terms pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

aw8pro offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and event-based promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which shall take precedence over these general Terms in the event of any conflict.

General bonus conditions applicable to all aw8pro promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion;
• aw8pro reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension;
• Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's account automatically.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on aw8pro are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport, as published within the respective game interface or sportsbook section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

aw8pro reserves the right to void any bet or wager that:

• Was placed as a result of a technical error, system fault, or erroneous odds that were materially different from market rates;
• Was placed in violation of these Terms or the specific rules of the relevant game or market;
• Was placed as part of coordinated match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of fraudulent activity;
• Involved the exploitation of errors in game software or sportsbook pricing.

In the event of a dispute regarding a settled bet, the Player must submit a formal dispute via live chat within 72 hours of the relevant event result being published. aw8pro's decision on all betting disputes is final and binding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aw8pro platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account use;
• Creating or operating more than one account on aw8pro;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with aw8pro games, the sportsbook, or any other platform function;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or platform software ("bug abuse");
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at aw8pro staff or other Players.

aw8pro employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the aw8pro platform — including but not limited to the aw8pro brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of aw8pro or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the aw8pro platform without prior written authorisation from aw8pro.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aw8pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity conducted on the Platform;
• Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to service;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial institutions;
• Actions taken by aw8pro in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including account suspension or bet voiding.

aw8pro's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aw8pro account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits aw8pro's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

aw8pro is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools to assist Players in managing their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts from your account settings;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure in-session notifications to alert you after a set period of play;
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary (30-day, 90-day, 6-month) or permanent self-exclusion. Once enacted, self-exclusion is irreversible for the elected period and will block access to your account across all aw8pro services.

11. Termination

aw8pro reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Conduct that aw8pro reasonably considers to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the Platform, other Players, or aw8pro's reputation;
• A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
• Extended account inactivity (defined as no login activity for 12 consecutive months).

Upon termination for cause, aw8pro reserves the right to withhold any remaining account balance pending investigation. Upon termination without cause (e.g., voluntary account closure), any verified balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC requirements.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the aw8pro platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations and the general principles of commercial contract law.

In the event of a dispute between you and aw8pro, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting aw8pro's customer support team via live chat. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration. aw8pro's decision on all matters relating to gameplay, bet settlement, and account management is final.

13. Amendments to These Terms

aw8pro reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, aw8pro will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the contact information held on account, or by publishing a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
